• UG: Any Graduate, Graduation required
• Candidate with excellent communication skills will be preferred.
• Candidate with experience in BPO/KPO will be preferred
• 6 working days a week
• Day shift, not beyond 7pm for female candidates

• Communications, customer service, voice and non-voice, Helpdesk
• Selected candidates will have choice to work either in Day or Night shifts (Male candidate)
• Responsible for interactions with Consumers (B2C) / Trade partners (B2B)
